For private customers the same terms and conditions apply as for business customers. Note however the following regarding returns:

There is a 14 days return right for all springs ordered online, valid from the day the first delivery (in event of partial delivery) is received.

If the package is broken it is not possible to return the items, unless it is regarding a complaint . 

Freight and packaging costs for return freight is paid by the customer and the customer is liable for any damage occurred during the return freight because of insufficient packing.
